Digital Vault is the analytics engine behind Acceller's digital.Commerce platform. Every activity that occurs in the sales process – whether online or in the call center – is logged in Digital Vault with all of the relevant context of the activity.
Historical Warehouse
Acceller has built a state-of-the-art warehouse and data mining system to ensure that detailed historical data is available for performance management, trend analysis, and detailed reconciliation and lookup.
Embed third-party tracking
Channel partners may also use their existing tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, CoreMetrics) to monitor activity even though it's hosted on Acceller's branded site.

Order Conveyance
For provider partners that do not have real-time API or web service capability, the Digital Vault system makes available a powerful platform for managing orders, and tracking fulfillment status through various stages of the order lifecycle. Additionally, the order data is made available in a number of formats (XML, CSV) and delivery mechanisms to facilitate integration to existing provider systems.
Retouch Programs
The Digital Vault system provides a flexible and highly customizable mechanism for retouching eligible customers with information about new offers or promotions based on their previous searches. The retouch program can be customized to reach the right customers at the right time with the right offers.
